Sedat Yaman graduated from Bolu Mengen Cookery School in 2004.
After his internship in five-star hotels, he decided to continue his career in hotels, and after working in various hotels in Antalya and Istanbul, he worked at Çırağan Kempinski Palace. Chef Sedat Yaman, who worked as the Coordinating Pastry Chef of Titanic Hotels for a while, later continued his career as the Pastry Chef of Wyndham Grand Istanbul Kalamış Marina Hotel.
Chef Sedat Yaman, one of the leading masters of our country in pastry, won awards in domestic and international organizations.
