Bedrettin Aydoğdu aka Bedri Usta, who was born in Mardin in 1970; started his business by opening a kebab stall in a street in Adana and opened Adana Yüzevler Kebab Restaurant in 1992.
Until 2018, it established 12 branches in Istanbul and Bodrum.
Bedri Usta, who is a kebab doyen, later opened branches in different countries as of 2020 to promote Turkish kebab in the Middle East and Europe.
